AC Ultimate Frisbee Chalet	[Dec. 30th, 2008\|10:10 pm]
I think this is the most fun-nest chalet I ever attend, but also the most expensive one that I have paid ($30 each) BUT I thoroughly enjoyed every bits of moment of it! <3 Starting from taking 196 all the way from commonwealth to ECP, the journey was super long and draggy?! Like have to pass through Queensway, Tiong Bahru, CBD (tanjong pagar, keppel road), nicoll highway, Mountbatten Road, Marine Parade. Took me like 1 hr 30 minutes to get to the chalet. Reached there, slack a bit, and went to the beach to play some informal beach ultimate tournament with the rest! And this is when slippers replaced cones for the end zones, players were walking and not running, and dumps were all the passes made. It was ultimately fun (because it's frisbee) anyway! And oh yah, I saw emily ng cycling! super coincidental haha! Went back and yay BBQ. They ordered like super loads of food, like 40 chicken chops, 150 satays, 150 otahs, 40 sambal stingrays, and dunno how many chicken wings and hotdogs and marshmallows. And so the total cost of this chalet with the bbq food is almost $1000. ($900 + if I'm not wrong). But anyway great variety of food! Mild - BBQ of the marshmallow totally taste great! And after a long struggle, 3 of us (me yinn yann yan lin) decided to stay for the chalet. And in total we rent 25 bikes for midnight cycling, in whcih it cost $8 each. Quite cheap I think? Haha. And yes by 8pm, almost everyone gathered in the 2 chalets to watch Little Nyonya. Crazy fans of Little Nyonya. But I must say its a great production by Mediacorp! Watch, eat, watch eat, then suddenly Operation Coconut Juice began! Its a secret code used to signal the start celebrate joel birthday! The gusy carried him all the way to the sea and throw him into the W and after that t*** him and then b* him in the S(with his head out of cos) and sprayed him with whi c**** I think? This ultimately reminds people fo the ACJC Birthday Bash thing huh. After that he came out and started to dirty people with his dirty hands 'in revenge' After that we played the HAHA game invented by jaz and eliza. It was SUPER SUPER SUPER funny! And the game game keep stopping since we had like almost 20 people in the circle. And we went on to play Murderer, which was very fun too! All the winkings by the nurses, secret killings by the murderers, random guessings by the detectives. So much laughters! So after much hesitation, 25 of us went to cycle at about 12 am. (They insisted on cycling at 12 sharp cos its called midnight cycling haha) It was ultra cool to cycle with such a huge group of fun frisbee friends! And so joce got on Daryle's bike, yanlin got on kelvyn bike we all of us went off to cycle to Changi Village. The journey was fun and cooling! with some fo us singing songs of westlife, backstreet boys and many more. It was ultra long too! And on the way we coincidentally met the AC Swim Team people who were havign chalet at changi. At that time it seems like an ACJC gang kind of thing. and on the way passed by SAFRA changi. and I must say the chalet is pretty cool! Heard that the facilities are super good too! And yup so we passed by MOE changi adventure camp (reminds me of Sec 3 camp which was held there). Totally pitch-dark. Scary haha but the memories went zooming through my midns while I cycled pass there. And then we cycled pass the airport! Super cool to hear the engines of the aeroplanes roaring like crazy and taking flight! Its a pity we didn't go to the aiport though. and on the way jake injured himself, tore a large piece of skin near his toes there and it was bleeding like super badly. So he hopped on to Titi's bike cos I think ti would be too painful to cycle with his injured and bleeding toe haha. But we went on to cycle to Changi village. And yes you should know our ultimate aim, which is to see the ah guas HA! Yup and we saw 2 of them! When we cycle pass them they were like dancing to us and shouting in a (sexy but not sexy) voice. and after that some of them had the famous nasi lemak rice while others drank abit to quench the thirst. I think we were making much din by tlaking loudly below the HDB blocks that a Malay guy age arouynd 40 opened his big door and stared at us from his 3rd storey house. He totally STARED at us for 5 minutes straight and in such menacing eyes. He didn't even shout anything to us. In the end we quickly we went off for fear of getting into trouble (some of us were in AC collegiate) And we went on to find our way to Old Changi Hospital. The thought of it is very creepy actually. We went uphill to one part of the OCH, to find that it was locked (it wasn't in the past). There were grafittis on the walls. It was super scary to be at the entrnace cos it was totally dark. Kelvyn was saying if anything should we cycled off with our bikes or leave everything and run! hahaha. and so we decide to go by the other way to try to get to the OCH. Yes we reach one creepy building and its a part of OCH but not the main one. As it was quite late and many of us were too tired (especially our butts and legs) and almo feeling nauseous, they decided not to go on further and we cycled back to chalet. The journey back to chalet was suer long. Luckily robin drove and came to us to tell us the direction if not I think we would have reach the chalet at like 9pm, in tiem for Little Nyonya LOL. We totally looks like driving on the road. (luckily there were little cars). and shouting directions for each other and caring for each other was super nice too. So we passed by simei road, tanah merah mrt, expo, bedok and ecp and we keep stopping at the bus stops too wait for all 25 bikes to gather for headcount. I think the drivers must think we are crazy to cycle in such big group in such an unearthly hour! and furthemore, cycling on the road. When we reached the chalet like finally, everyone was cursing like mad cos all our butts and legs damn chui already. I think we cycled 20+ km? like 5 hours straight! My knees hurts like crazy (and even now) that i totally feel like sawing it off. So some of us went to watch sunrise! I think this is the first time that I watched a complete sunrise?? Cos like last time always cant catch it, Super glaring light rays. and so went back to chalet sleep abit, and went to BK for breakfast. after that back to chalet, satthere and sleep (totally cant moved cos of my legs) cleared up and check out. And so we took Titi's car to bus stop and I started on my long and draggy and sleepy and tortorous journey back home on 196. I think the chalet was very fun, though it was mentally and physically tired. I'm really happy to have such friendly and frisbee friends! allt he way AC Ultimate! =DD

Holidays till now has been great though Im living each day with all the trainings, either bball or frisbee! Had 2 frisbee matches just now. lost the 1st match 15-5..but well not all our team's players are experienced(like me) compared to another team. and wtf i didn't run hard enough. but anyway with great players like congpei (probably the best woman player in sg), eliza, shi hui, diana and many more, we won the next game! it was a super close fight! the horn sounded and we were losing by 8-7. but as the rule was when the horn sound but the loser only lose 1 point to the winner, den must play a game to 9 (determined by adding 2 point to loser team current score) and yay we secured 1 point to get 8-8. and the last point was omg. THRILLING. TOTALLY MIXED FEELING. so so so many turnovers. and tall tall eliza jumped and catch the disc amidst the messy crowd. AND that moment was like totally the happiest moment in my lfie. those sitting by the sideline and me ran towards them like crazy and we hugged each other and jump and cheered and omg. i was really super super happy! cannot explain that kidn of feeling. the team fought hard (but not me) and im really proud of the team. the players are really encouraging, guiding me when im blur(which i am always). good advice from them. and they are very funny and crazy at times too! Anyway i need to rant this. LIXUAN SUCKS why did i pant. why did i feel breathless. why did i feel like giving up. why didn't i run for the disc. why didn't i defend hard enough. why didn't i do the stack well enough. OMG my stamina really sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks to the core. I really need to run run run HARD. im really frustrated with myself and i have been telling myself to run hard and repeating in my head for zillions of times. BUT it always ends up the other way. LIXUAN, PLEASE BUCK UP. YOU ARE THE VCAP OF BBALL. AND YOUR STAMINA SUCKS TO THE CORE. WHAT IS THIS? YOU HAVE TO RUN FOR THE BALL, RUN FOR THE DISC. AND NOW YOU ARE NOT DOING SO. DO YOU FIT TO BE A PLAYER? COME ON! I CAN DO IT.

Superb J1 holidays! I really enjoyed to the max! I simple love basketball and ultimate frisbee! And yay I finally bougth my shoebag, cleats, water bottle and a pouch. Wooosh felt really accomplished! I really can't seem to excel in whatever sport that I play. what the shit someone please grant me the power and ability. Its getting really frustrating and irritating for me. RARRRRRRR. Outings with my PAE'1SC7, chingling, 7 sword warriors, kassi are in the planning! Looking forward to meeting up with all of them. Its been really really long sicne I last met up with them! And oh ya. Before I forget, let me tell you that I'm a successful OGL applicant! OMG im really super happy about it. You can't imagine the kind of happiness and excitement in me. Its time for cheering again! ------------------------------------- Somehow it shot back at me again. A bewildering confusion. Ridiculous? Someone please guide me.

okay from now on I shall be mroe serious in my post and not so heeha like some siaozharbo blogging.

Well, I just watched Life Transformers, the episode on how a 64 year-old mother took care of his 33 year-old son who have some mental in which he can't control his temper, short-witted and who do not know how to express himself. The motherly love is really very noble. It touched me so much that I nearly shed a tear. She really has what it takes to be a noble mother. Her patience is really..I do not know how to say. She has really gone through a lot. I really respect her courage, her determination, her everlasting lvoe and patience for his son....Ah I do not know how to put my feelings into words here.

had a really fun week! and ytd was helping out/work at the jumpshot playgrounds event at kampong ubi cc (which is at eunos) aight far far. woke up super early and trained there. and the moment i reached there esther was like 'LIXUANN' omg so paiseh. and it was drizzling and so the court was wet and we cant even do registration. in the end did in front of some cosmetics shop and when the staff came they seemed rather pissed off. so i helped out in giving the free tees. and i realised everybody loves red. love singapore huh. but seriously red is damn coool even though its size XL. after that den moved tables back into the tentage, use newspapers to dry the court. and i must say using the roller was really tiring. and there is like 2 bball courts and 1 netbal court to dry.but oh well everybody's workign hard even the players! and i was suppose to help out in the skills challenge, which wil be like a layup, den zig-zag dribble, passing, freethrow, bouncepass and a layup again. one have to do below 20 seconds. btu in the end samuel asked me to help him be the runner lol. and so i kept watching the U17 girls and women's open matches in which they were pretty exciting! but funny thing was the girl referee kept going missing and the way she ref is super hilarious! me and huiling kept laughing about it hahaha! the sun is scorching hot. and huiling got the worst sunburnt. but is nice to see everyone's working hard,. all for the sake of bball! and the U17 girls fixtures became messy towards the end of the game. One ij team didn come. and the oth ij team change name at the last minute. den got one team not in it. and so it was quite confusing but luckily everyth came under control in the end! and though the players keep asking me their results and whether they got in top 3 while i was confused in doing the recording and tabulating, they are very nice i admit! very frenly players, heard many from team stackers. even got one team came from malaysia! and they got champs! propro! den watch the men's U20 match. really rough like going to fight. all the kiao-ing and serious physical contacts. woohoobut quite thrilling to watch actually. den help move the prizes tropheys and medals out from storerooom and i frisbee-ed! i guess my backhand throw have improved, but my forehand throws really suck. im really interested in frisbee! and im so gonna join frisbee in uni! dont think i will be continuing bball in uni, cos my stamina + skills really suck and i dont think i will be selected since there are so many good players out there. im so super inspired about frisbee! and i got a frisbee from sportson though its relatviely smaller den sch's frisbee but i shall practise with it! okay den after the event went to eat zicha (in hokkien) at some kopitiam with the helpers. 9 of us namely zhong, jj, jaye, me, huiling, jonathan, peishi, patricia one other guy, lydia and of cos organiser esther! had a really nice chat with all of them though we only know each other thru this event. basketball events really helped me made alot of frens who share the same passion as me! and before i forgot got this 13 year-old guy whom esther met at teck ghee cc and he came down to watch the event and followed us to kopitiam. he kidn of have some problems. heard from esther that he got a house but he dun wan go back. he stay with his grandma and sis. no one knows where his mum is. his dad stays outside probbaly becos to avoid loanshark. and the boy was caught last time to sell dvd and cigarette and obviously he was being make use. and he has hyperactive problem, and could fight back which eh terms it as defend for himself when his grandma scold him or what. quite a sad story. his family backgroudn forced him to become like that. and esthe say tt time when she visited his family her sister is so skinny and pale. obviously from having to carry the burden of earning money and doing all the work for the family. hais. esther tried her best to help oso. and i guess one of our helpers totally 'ahkaliao' with the boy. the boy wanted to call tiger beer. after that they dunno say wad. den we lied to him that we want to order 烧的酒. damn funny. where got hot beer on earth. the boy of course dun believe. den when the drink stall auntie came she was like 不要骗他啦 haha. it was all damn funny. and the guy helper was like aiya i buy jolly shandy for you. everybody was like laughing, but of course we din buy for him la haha. patricia laugh the most and he bluff the boy that she drank too much hot beer. aiya everything is damn funny! den esther me and jonathan went to esther office to unload stuffs first and esther sent us back home. quite a good chat on the ride with them! to sum up it was a fun fun fun day even though its very tiring to be running around in the hot sun. but i really love being involved in acvtivities related to bball. sometimes i wonder why i din go poly and take events management. hahaha. and i really enjoyed this whoel week! with all the outings with my chingling, 1sc7 clique, shopping with jocelyn and sihui, everything is so fun!

okay its been terribly long since i last blogged! aight so happy that hols are here! though theres the much dreaded OP and gsc coming up. this week was great! let me tell you why hahaha! friday: charmaine's birthday party at her house's function room! FUN! and sorry charmaine for causing you to catch a flu after you are being thrown into the pool hahaha. saturday: rotting day. sunday: rotted, watched PSILOVEYOU,went out to have dinner with family. monday: chingling outing at sakae sushi yummy, then cab to lido to book coffin tic but no more, den cab to suntec to catch coffin. and walked around toysrus with chingling! all the halloween gadgets eerie haha. by the way people if you are deciding to watch coffin, i dont encouragd you to go watch. not worth the money. jus my personal opinion. tuesday: trng in the morning, shopping at town with sihui! wednesday: rotting while editing my op ppt yay and 7th nov is bbq, 8th nov is cultural pot, and i think theres more exciting events to come! though theres still OP, GSC. and for now, im damn motivated in basketball and frisbee! I'm kind of interested in handball too, cos now im helping to organise some handball event. ahhh and i haven been attending frisbee trng becos it always clashes with my bball trng. but frisbee is really a very fun and cool sport, would really like to learn, play and enjoy the game! i shall update on my CCAAB happenings int he next post..really want to share my experience and tots about it! hahaha. My Birthday	[Oct. 9th, 2008\|12:28 am]
wah i think this birthday is the fun-next and very best birthday i ever had! it was damn fun though it was ac open house day! i receive tons of birthday wishes from many many people, some of which i rarely tok to! but it was really nice! and my own class 1SC7 was damn great! they sing bday song after assembly, make me so uber paiseh but still happy! lyn phun and co gave me a box of chocos, zhixuan and clique gave me a nike tee with 中国 wording on the back, and my clique made me a large bball bday card (heartfelt thanks to amel!) and bought me a the sony mp3 with the thumbdrive thing omg! and they + zhimin and jeren treat me to like, swensen with the bday cie cream and sing the bday song and make me so so shy but happy! really thanks alot man! really let them 破费 le! i shall and must treat them to icecream someday! many thanks to those who wish me happy birthday! the WHOLE 1SC7, lingmin, ming khang, amelia, carissa, sock yong, yingxin, yishi, mitchell, xue en, kristy, anqi, jinghui, xiaowei, mr chow, ziwei, esther(senior), chrisliew, jocelyn, qingyun, munting, sihui(nh), sihui, yuhui, serena, shu ning, kelly, munting, mr isaac ho, bball team (lin, felicia, rachel, cynthia, dawn, huishian), guys ballers (michael, vijaya, idk what name oops, and desmond and the brownie he gave me!), raina, yuen teng, nicole, murphy, kage, sarah, mei qi, angella, meiting, peizhi, peizhen, ng min, jon loke, murphy, kalok, mae, my family, and i think there are some other more but cant really think properly now! thanks to those that i forget to mention!! ccaap camp from thursday to sunday at jalan bahtera. wonder how it will be like, but im not at all excited. i heard we gotta eat live mealworms/ grasshopper which is sickening and disgusting! i dunno why, but i seriously got bad intuition about the camp. keep imagining stuff. and i think i got 惧高症, really scared of the high elements stuff and the safety concerns involved LOL (scared the belt or rope not secure properly). okay i seriously think too much. i should just let stuff as it would be right? cos worrying doesnt do any better but make things worst. hopefully i will be safely back home on sunday haha! and sch start straight on monday. that kind of sucks. thanks everybody for today! you all rock my day! :DDD

omg i think im super saddistic. these few days i have been watching videos of beyond songs, beyond's late lead singer wong ka kui funeral procession and all the videos about him. talented people die young. his passing means the losing of a revoluntionary of music...! seriously the quality of the songs nowdays really sucks. lyrics dun have the 内涵 aka no depth. singers not very good too. his voice is damn perfect for cantopop songs la! he sings every word (in canto) with such tremendous feeling is omg. no wonder beyond had a great great great influence on many many many many people during their singing days. with his passing, beyond has separated ways. paul wong and yip sai wing are having concert in singapore on 8th nov. though is named beyond世界巡回演唱会, but they are bringing their own bands to come and play. if only wong ka kui is still alive, if onyl beyond has not 解散.. how i hope i could watch their live performance! but seriosuly NOBODY can 取代黄家驹! ccaap camp is coming! i dunno why, but i dun feel like going. and OP, GSC exam, wah sian! i dun wan get back my promos results. (screwed) i reeally hope i can promote! i need to ball BADLY. i neeed to fris-beeee BADLY too. lalala.

i can't wait for CCAAB to come! but i don't like the dinner. NOO! tea leaves! my grandfather's cousin grow(correct word??) and distribute tea leaves to factories! the machines and devices and the so damn cold rooms are so damn coooool! 1st time experience! no water what?? fire crackers after 拜拜-ing! streets view. old buildings, but i love it. my ancestral home at 厦门，安溪 CHINA! on the way up there and my grandpa's cousins and their family welcomed us with the lightng of the fire crackers! view from my ancestral home! my ancestral home is considered situated qutie high up in the mountains! more pictures to come please wait! =D

had my 1st frisbee trng!
alot of running. up and down up and down.
i think im abit lazy.
i dun feel exactly tired.
just that i feel lethargic when having to run when we are on O and having to defend when we are on D.
yeah but i love the spirit of the ultimate team!
at the end the team went AC ULTIMATE in such a OMG voice that really impresses and inspires me.
but i can only attend one of their trng, which is sad.
but yeah im looking forward to learning the proper techniques eg throws and stuffs.
like that den can play better frisbee game!
and i really hope my stamina will improve.
i must not be lazy to run!

beijing olympics 2008 opening ceremony was a total blast! damn nice! so proud that my ancestors was from china, and means my genetic info and hereditary info or wad originate from there. we are 龙的传人! but the beijing olympics remind me of the beijing immersion trip which is fated that i wont be able to go. today was certainly not my day! I freaking lost my shoebag. which means i lost my orientation tee, white bball shorts and towel. anyway i must really thank amelia and kenneth. kenneth for helping me to on the LT lights and running from LT 5 - LT 6 with us! amelia for running from lt 1 - lt 5 - lt6 with me! LTs are scary when they are without lights! and still, i dunno whos that idiot who took my shoebag. he/she must be freaking desperate for a sports attire. must be. bio was okay crap. fail or border line pass. and training was okay too. just that the rain spoil our training plan. but yay a few of them manage to master lay-up! great progress! okay i really want to share some photos of my china trip with you all! went to china 厦门，安溪省 last year during june! yup my relatives, family and I went there to 寻根! as in back to our ancestral home! so ya i will upload some photos of the trip for each day! on the way to xiamen! was reading my physics notes haha. 1st day: arrived at my grandfather's cousin's daughter house. lunch! whole wide variety of delicious food! a picture that i took on the way to 安溪.. took this on the 2 hr road to 安溪 from xiamen..issit a dam?! the hotel that we stayed in 安溪! some 街边摊 in 厦门..

and today morning at 4+, i woke up to go to the toilet.
then for no reason i went to my parents' room to sleep.
bad sign bad sign.
this means i can sleepwalk.
which is so freaking creepy and dangerous.
imagination and hallucination!
i scared iwill sleepwalk and jump down from my house!
haha.

i reallyy want to improve my basketball skills.
confidence pls!
and im gonna join frisbee after promos!
but hope my bball trng wont clash with it!
ultimate!

bio lecture test on thursday.
i can really fail.

okay! sorry for not blogging for so long! past few weeks was hectic! but yet it was fun! had many dinners with relatives! so for my sis bday we went The Sail to bbq. she's the first user for tt bbq thingy! and omg inside the swimming pool theres gym facilities. is omg darn coool coool! oh then went up to 53rd floor(aunt's apartment) and it was so damn high that i dont dare to open the windows. and went to the gym and the open area. hahaha but yeah cool experience have never been so high up there before! yep and last monday was dinner at 海京楼. the place was like next to TPY sports hall ok far far. but the porridge and dishes was nice! maybe not as nice as compared when it was in kallang. but still nice! and after 海j京楼 cousin and cousin-in-law drove us home. but before that had to fetch cousin-in-law's dad back to their car company at newton. and omg cousin-in-law open the door to let me go in view the cars! my favourite LAMBORGHINI! the AUDI R8 in the IRONMAN movie! and red hot FERRARI! that was my 1st time in close contact with these branded sports cars! oh and their engines is actually visible! cool cool experience! If only I own it! haha. so back to school today. gonna fail chem test rar! and im lagging in loads of hmw shit! this is damn irritating! ahh but i am looking forward to national day! and thats my daddy's brithday!!!! yay! we will be going to The Sail again! aunt holding buffet there. which means I will be able to watch all those aerial performances, planes that fly everywhere and most importantly the beautiful and charming fireworks! but i think we can only see from 8th floor since buffet at 8th floor. but well better than nothing! yay amidst all those work, i'm enjoying myself! BUT i still cant accept the fact that I cant go to the beijing immersion program. SIM ENG CHEE COULD YOU JUST LET ME GO FOR THE TRIP!?!?!?! !@#$%^&!!!!!!!!
